This beautiful gift pack includes herbal remedies that would be great to have in your herbal home first aid kit. It contains three organic balms that can aid with skin issues, internal pain and inflammation, as well as wound care and the treatment of burns. Additionally, included is a magnesium spray, which is applied topically and is highly effective for magnesium intake, can aid in muscle relaxation, and improve sleep. The Elderflower tincture is a great support for boosting your immune system and can alleviate cold and flu symptoms, as well as respiratory issues.

This gift pack includes:

- A 100ml Elderflower tincture. Elderflower is known for its immune-boosting, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, diuretic and antibacterial properties. This wonderful herb is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C and is commonly used to relieve cold and flu symptoms, heal respiratory illnesses, reduce swelling, clear excessive mucus in the sinuses, lower fever, expel mucus from the lungs and relieve a persistent cough. Additionally, elderflower tincture may help with feelings of anxiety, sadness, grief and resentment, and can also act as a laxative.

- A 50g jar of Calendula balm designed to aid in healing various skin conditions for both mum and baby, including dry skin, rashes, minor cuts and wounds, cradle cap, ringworm, athlete's foot, chickenpox, thrush, and acne.

- A 50g jar of Comfrey balm. Comfrey is known for its ability to regenerate cells, which can help in healing wounds (ensure wounds are closed before applying), scrapes, bruises, burns, sunburn, skin rashes, and scars. Additionally, the balm provides relief from muscle tension, inflammation, pain, and arthritis.

- A 50g jar of Pain relief balm created to support the relief of pain, swelling and inflammation in the body from conditions such as muscle, joint and nerve pain, arthritis, shingles, post-surgical recovery, injury-related pain, and fibromyalgia. The balm improves blood flow to the area and provides relief.

- A 100ml spray bottle of Magnesium spray. When applied topically, magnesium can be very effective since it penetrates the skin directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system. Using a spray also makes it easier to target specific areas of discomfort. Magnesium spray can be used to alleviate symptoms such as migraines, muscle tension, pain, cramps and inflammation, insomnia, anxiety, menstrual cramps, and restless legs, and it can also boost energy levels and promote relaxation.
