Autumn update:
Where did the month of February go?!?!? February was incredibly busy, with a few family birthdays, including my own, two busy markets, and a few unexpected events that life threw our way... I have decided to follow the rhythm of the seasons with these updates instead; hope you enjoy the Autumn update!
NEWS:
- To make it easier for you to find the remedy that works best for what you are looking for, please check out the section at the bottom of the 'Shop' page, in which the remedies are categorised.
-Wormwood is back in stock in 50ml and 100ml. This effective tincture is great to have on hand to help improve digestive issues such as indigestion, bloating, food poisoning, IBS, and gastro, as well as removing parasites and improving liver health.
- I have bottled a very small batch of Mullein tincture, in 50ml & 100ml, with more to come in 4-6 weeks. Mullein is a great support for relieving mucus and congestion around the lung and throat area, as well as a great liver tonic.
I have added Peruvian ceremonial-grade cacao, which is a drink very close to my heart. Here in Victoria, Australia, the days are getting cooler and shorter, so I have made a Winter spice blend of ceremonial cacao to help you warm up during these months. Have a look at the product section to see what varieties are available now. Enjoy!
MARKETS:
- I will be returning to the Kinglake market on the 4th Saturday each month, 10am - 2pm, after thoroughly enjoying my first visit last month. See you there!
- The Lost Woods market will be held on the second Saturday of each month, from 9am - 2pm. You can find my husband and me in a large marquee together on the 'high end' of the market ground.
