The remedies I make are crafted in small batches from 100% organic ingredients, mainly sourced from plants I grow myself in our gardens and greenhouse, or forage on the land around me, as well as from carefully selected and trusted sources. I love growing plants, and when I harvest them, I set a conscious intention that they will provide support and healing to those who receive and use the remedies. Throughout this entire process, from seed to making the remedies, I take immense care and hold a deep sense of gratitude, love, and heartfelt respect for nature's gifts.
